Auberge Daniella

Applicable to, but not limited to the following venues, Auberge Daniella, or any venue used by Auberge Daniella for the purpose of any hospitality related events.

I, the undersigned, do hereby unto and in favour of Auberge Daniella, its holding and subsidiary and associated companies, and each and every shareholder, director, employee, agent and representative of Auberge Daniella and its holding and subsidiary and associated companies (individually and collectively hereinafter referred to as Auberge Daniella Acknowledge that my venture, including all travelling to and from and within the area, is entirely at my own risk.

1. Release Auberge Daniella from all and any liability and waive all and any claims, of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising, which may arise from any cause whatsoever during the period of my venture, including all travelling to, from and within any area.
2. Indemnify and agree to hold harmless Auberge Daniella against all and any claims of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising from any cause whatsoever during the period of my venture, including all travelling to, from and within any area, which any one or more of my dependants or any third party may have, including, but not limited to, claims arising from my death, personal injury or loss or damage to my possessions.
3. In addition to paragraph 4, I also hold Auberge Daniella harmless against loss of physical injuries through any Monetary crisis, labour problems, economic changes, mechanical maintenance or construction difficulties or noise, climatic aberrations, local laws, novel or unexpected conditions.
4. Shall be responsible for any breakage and/or damages caused to the property as a result of the guest’s negligence.
5. Acknowledge that I will also be responsible for any cleaning costs to the suite or any of its rooms if such cleaning costs, due to the guest’s actions, is in excess of normal costs associated with day to day cleaning.

   8.1  Use of the swimming pool is AT OWN RISK

   8.2  Children up to the age of 16 years must be accompanied by their parents/responsible adult when

           making use of the Swimming pool

    8.3  Noise levels at the pool must be at all times taken into consideration.

    8.4  Swimming pool is unattended
