• All prices quoted in South African Rands (ZAR).
• General policy, rates and cancellation policies are subject to change without prior notice.
• Special rates and and seasonal rack rates do not apply to certain Franschhoek Valley events. These include but are not limited to Franschhoek Literary Festival, Bastille Day, Franschhoek Uncorked and Franschhoek Cap Classique and Champagne Festival.

GENERAL POLICY 

• Check in time: 14:00 – Please advise us in advance should you be arriving after 17:00
• Check out time: 10:00
• Auberge Daniella is strictly non-smoking-  including e-cigarettes and vapes
• Children over 12 years of age are welcome
• Pets are not permitted – Service animals on request

DEPOSIT

• In order to secure your reservation a 50% deposit is required with the balance payable in full 30 days prior to arrival
• Payment can be actioned via EFT (Please use your booking number/surname as reference) or credit card
• Should your arrival fall within the 30 day window, full payment is required to confirm your reservation

CANCELLATIONS: 

Cancelled bookings   |   0 – 20 days prior to arrival;       |   100% of booking price.

Cancelled bookings   |  21- 45 days prior to arrival;       |     50% of booking price.

Cancelled bookings   |  26- 60 days prior to arrival;       |     25% of booking price.

• No-Shows forfeit 100% of the booking

BANK CHARGES TO BE PAID (OVERSEAS AND SOUTH AFRICA) BY CLIENT ON ALL FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRANSACTIONS

• Cancellation fees are only levied if losses are incurred as a result of the cancellation. Should the accommodation be resold, cancellation fees will be refunded less a 10% handling fee.
• All reservations, amendments or cancellations are only valid if evidenced in writing by e-mail.
• Transferring bookings or postponement of bookings is considered a cancellation but can be looked at individually at the discretion of the management.
• Please note: The above cancellation policy is not applicable to third party bookings.
